| One of the toughest things in life to do is to change habits that we have developed over a lifetime. To change any habit we must first want to change. We also must associate enough positive reasons to make the change. It typically takes over 21 continuous attempts to change a habit. We must also visualize how we will be much better off, once our new habits are producing improved results. As typical Americans, we want results overnight, although we usually have very little patience in our pursuit of change. If we keep on doing the same old things, we will keep on getting the same old results.
