Tom Harken (click here to see full book profile) truly walks, talks and lives the American Dream with his open heart and giving hands from one end of America to the other. In his early childhood, Tom battled tremendous health challenges and dropped out of school at an early age and never learned how to read or write. Over the years, Tom overcame his battle with Illiteracy and built from scratch several successful businesses which eventually made him a self-made multimillionaire. Today, the man who once could not read a menu, now employs over 800 people in one of the Southwest's most successful restaurant chains, Casa Ole.  His message of leadership, battling illiteracy and overcoming any liability will inspire all to believe that anything is possible, regardless of any obstacle.
